Is Helpers'Hob an employer of the helpers?
No. Helpers’Hob is an intermediary platform. All service providers are independent professionals responsible for their own work.
How are providers verified?
Providers complete a profile with city, services, hourly rate and bio. Our team reviews and will request identification before granting the verified badge.
How are payments handled?
Payments are processed securely via Stripe in euro (EUR). Providers receive their share directly after successful service completion.
Can I leave a review?
Yes — once a booking is completed, customers can rate their provider from 1 to 5 stars and leave a written review.
How do I cancel a booking?
Open the booking from your dashboard and tap Cancel. Please review the cancellation terms in our Terms & Conditions.
